Work-life balance 2022 style

What a whirlwind 2 weeks it’s been:

Finished a coaching project with a client who is moving into a new role and received very positive feedback - The sessions have made a difference and have given me clarity around my role and priorities. I have come away with clear actions and implemented a number of them.

Finalised the update to my website and met with an SEO agency

Attended the quarterly Trustee meeting at Calibre Audio where we discussed and approved an important decision

Learnt about an interesting new CRM technology from Gnatta

Submitted my coaching portfolio assignment

Made some good connections at a really well-run networking virtual session with The Portfolio Collective

Reviewed the new work contract for elder daughter – congrats Jo! – and (remotely) helped her look for a place to live in Cologne

Represented Feldon Valley for the first time (we lost ☹ but will do better next time)

Attended the Kington Grove Management Company meeting (yes, I’ll get the minutes written up soon)

Created my first content using Canva

Saw an interesting production of Richard III at the RSC

Learnt about the huge investment in digital and smart cities, and picked up some excellent marketing tips at the WM5G Digital Festival

Helped younger daughter move back home at after finishing her degree and went out to celebrate – congrats on the well-deserved 1st Sam!

Applied for an interesting-looking consultancy project

Met with Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce

Arranged an interesting sounding partnership conversation for next week

Attended the Coventry and Warwickshire Champions event in Coventry and heard from Ian Reid, CEO of the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games about the legacy of the event

Met up with some familiar faces at the launch of Business Buzz Leamington Spa

And am off to Edgbaston tomorrow to (hopefully, weather permitting) see the vibrant new England team take on India

And breathe 😊
